Energy Solution Centre on the Gold Coast is seeking a reliable Appointment Setter and Admin Support to join our in-house team. You will handle inbound calls, greet visitors, manage leads, and book appointments for Solar and Battery Specialists.

This role emphasizes quality conversations over volume, with warm leads and structured processes. We offer a base salary between $50,000 and $60,000 plus performance-based bonuses and full training, with a stable 8:00am–4:30pm schedule.

Qualifications

• CRM experience in a previous role.
• Confidence using Google Workspace.
• Background in customer service, reception, or outbound calling.
• Strong phone manner and organised approach.
• Prior experience in an appointment setting role.
• Experience in solar, energy, or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Greet and assist walk-in customers at our showroom.
• Manage and qualify incoming leads.
• Book and confirm appointments for Solar and Battery Specialists.
• Support basic admin tasks related to appointments and customer records.
• Maintain clean and accurate CRM data.
• Follow up to ensure appointment attendance remains high.
• Focus on quality conversations and well-prepared appointments, not volume calling.
