Job summary

CJN Solar Pty Ltd is seeking a results-driven sales closer to join our field team on the Gold Coast. You will run in-home appointments across SEQ, present tailored solar and battery solutions, and close deals before handing off to operations.

The role focuses on pipeline management in our CRM and achieving weekly revenue targets. We provide full product and sales training, a company car, and warm leads with uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Proven closers preferred with solar experience a bonus.
• Ability to present confidently during in-home appointments.
• Professional presentation and strong communication required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home solar and battery presentations across SEQ.

What you'll be doing:

Running pre-booked in-home appointments across SEQ

Presenting solar and battery solutions tailored to each customer

Closing sales and handing off to the operations team

Managing your pipeline in our CRM

Hitting weekly revenue targets

What we're looking for:

A proven closer — solar experience is a bonus, not a must

Comfortable and confident running in-home appointments

Self-motivated, target-driven, and accountable

Professional presentation and strong communication

What's on offer:

$65,000 base + 12% super

Uncapped commission — strong performers earn $120,000–$150,000+
