Job summary

Energy Solution Centre Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is hiring a Solar and Battery Specialist to join our sales team. This is not entry level; we seek people who can lead consultative, high-trust conversations with pre-qualified customers in showroom and in-home settings, presenting premium solar and storage solutions and guiding decisions rather than pushing discounts.

You will own your pipeline, maintain CRM discipline, and work with in-house design and installation teams to deliver quality

Qualifications

• Proven track record of sales performance in a face-to-face environment.
• Confidence running consultative conversations and building trust quickly.
• Strong closing ability based on value rather than pressure.
• CRM discipline and structured pipeline management.
• Prior experience in solar or battery sales is a plus.
• Experience in high-ticket or considered-purchase sales environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with residential energy systems and battery technology is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Running in-home and showroom consultations with pre-qualified customers.
• Presenting tailored solar and battery solutions.
• Leading conversations from first meeting through to close.
• Closing deals based on value, not discounts.
• Owning your pipeline and CRM discipline.
• Maintaining disciplined CRM records and follow-up processes.
