Lawrence & Hanson is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our Solar offering across Australia. You’ll grow our market presence, engage new and existing customers, and deliver solutions that drive value for clients and the business.

You will be accountable for sales performance, identify opportunities, and represent our brand with integrity and enthusiasm. Join a team focused on safety, training opportunities and competitive benefits across 150+ branches.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in business development or account management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Solid product and industry knowledge; technical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify sales opportunities, conduct qualifying calls, and close new business.
• Visit customers to understand needs and match them with products and services.
• Meet budgeted sales and margin targets across your customer base.
• Collaborate with branch managers, regional managers and branch teams.
• Maintain supplier relationships to support customer outcomes.
• Promote and contribute to a positive safety culture.
