Planted is seeking a Growth Lead to build our business in Australia. You will be our first in-market representative, shaping strategy, securing partnerships, and directing local activity while coordinating with the US team.

Sydney is preferred; Melbourne or Brisbane are considered. You will own the pipeline from first conversation to signed agreement and drive rapid market expansion with a base salary of AUD 200,000–270,000 plus superannuation and incentives.

Formación

• 7+ years in commercial, business development, or delivery roles on Australian utility-scale solar.
• Experience working with developers, IPPs, EPCs, owner's engineers, or mining energy teams.
• Ability to operate autonomously with strong prioritization.
• Robust network of Australian solar developers and EPCs.
• Experience selling through channel partners and aligning partner economics.
• Willing to travel regionally and interstate, including US travel.
• Right to work in Australia.

Responsabilidades

• Establish the Australian market and manage target list across developers and EPCs.
• Build the channel and portfolio by training EPCs and structuring pricing and capacity.
• Develop techno-economic case comparing robot-installed system to legacy options.
• Resolve structural, electrical, certification, and supply questions by coordinating internal experts.
• Represent Planted in government bodies and industry associations to open doors.
