You will use your trade sales, wholesale or leadership experience to identify opportunities, manage operations, and build trusted relationships with contractors, suppliers and local customers while coaching a high-performing team.

Qualificações

• Experience in electrical wholesale, trade sales or branch leadership.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and profitability.
• Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a branch business plan to drive sales, margin and sustainable growth.
• Manage branch operations, including inventory, service standards, safety, compliance and P&L accountability.
• Grow the customer base through proactive trade sales, account management and excellent counter service.
• Lead, coach and motivate branch staff to create a strong, supportive and performance-focused culture.
• Partner with suppliers to ensure customers have access to the right products, advice and solutions.
