ACH Group in Port Noarlunga is seeking a Group Planner to support older people and lead social groups at Perry Park. The role is part-time (approx 40 hours per fortnight) with days Wednesday to Friday, delivering social experiences in line with Good Lives and managing budgets.
You will work with volunteers, contractors and students, document quality, and help ensure a fantastic customer experience while fostering inclusion and community connection.

We have a fantastic part-time opportunity to join the Social Residential team at our site located atPerry Park in Port Noarlunga. This role will require approximately 40 hours per fortnight (Wednesday 9:00am – 4:30pm, Thursday & Friday 9:00am – 4:00pm each week).
With leadership support from our onsite Community Connector Leads, the Group Planner will manage the logistics and facilitate new and existing groups to maximise customer participation.
