The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills, be IT savvy, and have excellent communication abilities. About the Role

Join Ach Group in a full-time front desk officer role at Mile End to provide high-end customer service to visitors and over the phone, acting as the first point of contact for internal and external customers.

What you’ll do

• Provide seamless and solution focused customer service in-person and over the phone
• Undertake administration tasks
• Contribute to the customer experience by providing and linking customers to expert services that support maintaining a good life

About you
