Job Type: Full-time – 12 months fixed term contract (Commencing Early 2026)

About the Role

As a new graduate you’ll be supported to:

• Conduct customer assessments and develop individualised intervention plans


• Provide clinical assessments and therapeutic interventions for a variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and rehabilitation needs


• Focus on customer goals and functional abilities to maximise independence and well-being


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in case conferences, and engage in professional development activities


• Help clients navigate changes in function and stay safe and independent at home


• Learn and contribute to innovative projects in technology-enabled care

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology


• Current AHPRA registration (ESSA Accreditation for Exercise Physiology)


• Passion for enhancing the health and wellness of older adults through evidence-based services


• Genuine interest in aged care and a passion for helping older adults live well


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills


• Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a supportive team environment


• Ability to work independently while seeking guidance and feedback


• Proactive approach to service and professional development


• Current driver\'s license and access to a registered and insured motor vehicle


• Satisfactory National Criminal History Check for Aged Care less than 12 months old
