Job summary

ACH Group in Port Noarlunga is seeking a Group Planner to support older people and lead social groups at Perry Park. The role is part-time (approx 40 hours per fortnight) with days Wednesday to Friday, delivering social experiences in line with Good Lives and managing budgets.

You will work with volunteers, contractors and students, document quality, and help ensure a fantastic customer experience while fostering inclusion and community connection.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Community Services/ Aged Care/ or working towards.
• Care about supporting older people to live a Good Life.
• ACURRENTPolice Check for unsupervised contact / vulnerable groups less than 12 months old

Responsibilities

• Deliver social experiences in line with Good Lives (roles, real experiences, right relationships, reablement) and product specifications.
• Work within budgets.
• Assist with documentation and managing quality compliance
• Work with contractors, volunteers and students onsite providing support in social programs
• Lead and run groups and support positive group dynamics and customer engagement
