Job summary

Troocoo Pty is partnering with a well-established Australian consumer brand with a strong national presence to appoint an experienced Social Media Manager. You will lead the social and creator marketing function, owning strategy, audience growth, engagement and conversion across multiple platforms.

You will manage a high-performing marketing team, craft innovative social-first campaigns, guide influencer partnerships, report performance to senior stakeholders and drive measurable business

Qualifications

• Experience leading social media and influencer campaigns for consumer brands.
• Strong leadership and experience managing marketing teams.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media and influencer strategy aligned to brand objectives.
• Manage social media activity across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and emerging channels.
• Lead influencer and creator partnerships from planning through to execution, measurement and optimisation.
• Oversee social content planning, campaign development and community engagement initiatives.
• Manage the social and influencer marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and strong return on investment.
