Job summary

Social Soup is seeking a Content & Creator Manager for a 6-12 month contract to drive creator-led campaigns across social platforms in Australia. You will coordinate across creators, content and campaign delivery, ensuring each piece of content is engaging, on-brief and set to perform.

You’ll develop briefs, review content, manage approvals and amplification, and leverage performance insights to deliver strong outcomes for leading brands.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering creator-driven campaigns on social media platforms.
• Ability to brief and develop creator content, reviewing and approving outputs.
• Comfort with platforms such as Instagram and TikTok and emerging channels.
• Creative, organised, and detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
• Understanding of creator rates, usage rights, and campaign budgets.

Responsibilities

• Support across creators, content, and campaign delivery to ensure on-brief, high-performing content.
• Develop creator briefs and review content before approvals and amplification.
• Provide performance insights to optimize campaigns for clients.
• Collaborate with Client and Account teams to guide creators and help them produce their best work.
