News Corp Australia, via Medium Rare Content Agency, seeks a Social & Creator Partnerships Manager to shape social marketing for Australia’s iconic brands. You’ll work across the Social Centre of Excellence, briefing creators, strategising content and leading influencer campaigns.

Qualifications

• You're a social content specialist with 5+ years' experience in social media, ideally agency-side, across a range of brands and categories.
• You’re an ideas person with platform-native, audience-first thinking and capable of shaping social strategy for pitches.
• You're a strong copywriter with a real feel for tone of voice across different sectors.
• You can script, shoot, and edit content solo and manage influencer campaigns end to end.

Responsibilities

• Ideate social-first content, from always-on formats to campaign moments and reactive opportunities.
• Help develop social strategies, content pillars and formats for retained clients and pitches.
• Write copy in each client’s tone of voice and brief creators effectively.
• Identify emerging creators, platform trends and partnership opportunities.
• Lead influencer activity from strategy to delivery, including briefs and negotiations.
• Shoot and edit content on your phone when needed for on-location capture.
• Support new business pitches and onboarding with social thinking.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and insights.
