Job summary

System C is seeking an experienced Practice Consultant, Social Care to connect social care practice with technology across Australia and New Zealand. You will work with practitioners, service leaders and internal teams to bridge practice and product, driving better services, digital solutions and outcomes.

The role emphasizes discovery, service design and transformation, with a focus on outcomes, operating models and adoption.

Qualifications

• Significant professional experience within Social Care, Human Services, Child Protection, Family Services or related sectors.
• Ability to understand practitioner workflows and delivery models.
• Experience engaging practitioners, operational leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate policy and practice challenges into opportunities.
• Ability to collaborate across customer, product and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert across social care and related human services sectors.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, practitioners and business leaders.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, practice reviews and service design activities.
• Help customers define outcomes, operating models and service improvement priorities.
• Translate policy and practice challenges into product and service opportunities.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to incorporate practitioner perspectives.
• Support implementations, transformation programmes and service design.
• Assist customers with change readiness and adoption.
