Job summary

Civica is seeking a motivated Software Implementation Consultant to deliver consulting, training, and hands-on support across Australia and New Zealand. You will analyse client processes, propose solution designs, and help improve daily operations within local government settings and beyond.

You will troubleshoot issues, share feedback for product development, and ensure high-quality service through documentation and collaboration with Civica teams. Frequent travel to customer sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering consulting engagements for software implementations.
• Ability to design and deliver end-user training.
• Strong focus on customer outcomes and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting, training, and support services for Civica’s Altitude software.
• Analyse client processes and identify opportunities for solution design and improvement.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide practical, hands-on solutions at customer sites.
• Capture knowledge and document solutions for customers and internal teams.
• Travel to customer sites as required to support successful implementations.
