Job summary

System C is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to act as the core integration point between System C, customers and delivery partners across Australia and New Zealand. You will establish delivery plans, coordinate workstreams and governance across organisations, while maintaining programme health reporting for executives.

• Ability to manage risks, issues and dependencies in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain integrated delivery plans across System C, partners and customer teams.
• Coordinate workstreams, milestones and dependencies across multiple organisations.
• Establish effective joint governance and ensure actions and decisions are followed through.
• Maintain oversight of programme-level risks, issues, changes and dependencies.
• Provide clear programme health reporting to executive and steering committee stakeholders.
• Facilitate planning sessions, programme reviews, workshops and governance forums.
• Resolve cross-organisational delivery challenges and areas of misalignment.
• Build trusted relationships across customer, partner and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen delivery processes and ways of working.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to the development of our partner delivery approach across Australia and New Zealand.
