HomeMade is seeking a results-driven sales and customer success specialist to help Australians navigate their home care journey with confidence, choice and control. In a hybrid role, you\'ll split two days per week in the Brisbane or Sydney office and work with our clinical and customer support teams to deliver great experiences.

You\'ll build rapport on calls, handle sensitive conversations, and meet targets while learning the sector with hands-on onboarding and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer success or a target-driven customer service environment.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
