PTC's Onshape team in Melbourne seeks an experienced Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition in APAC SMB and mid-market segments. You’ll manage full sales cycles from prospecting to close, delivering high-volume, value-driven demos.

You’ll leverage Onshape's cloud-native platform to help engineers migrate from legacy CAD, while collaborating with Marketing and Customer Success to maximize expansion opportunities. A Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years selling experience are preferred.

Competenze

• 2–5 years of direct selling experience in SMB or mid-market segments.
• Ability to articulate Onshape's value against legacy CAD tools.
• Experience selling into US/APAC-based manufacturers, startups, or engineering firms.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Mansioni

• Own the sales process from first contact through close.
• Prospect and develop new accounts with a focus on APAC-based manufacturers and SMBs.
• Leverage Onshape product knowledge to run compelling demos.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Strategic Account Executives on regional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility in Salesforce.
• Achieve quarterly revenue and activity goals.
