Marble Group is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for Newcastle NSW projects, delivering quality residential homes across Catherine Bay to Nelsons Bay. You will oversee day-to-day construction, coordinate trades, maintain build quality, and ensure on-time delivery with exceptional customer service.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will manage multiple homes, uphold safety standards, and drive projects from site start to handover, with strong focus on quality and client

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor with a home builder.
• Strong knowledge of residential building practices, NCC.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with trades, suppliers and clients.
• Strong focus on quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

Aufgaben

• Manage multiple residential builds from commencement through to completion.
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality and WHS compliance across all sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify any defects or quality issues.
• Monitor construction progress and proactively resolve site challenges.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget and company timeframes.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, reports and construction records.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the build process.

Our client is a leading, well-established volume residential builder, operating for over 60 years across NSW. They deliver a diverse range of projects including house and land, knockdown rebuilds, custom homes, display homes and medium-density developments.

This role is for their Newcastle locations, running from Catherine Bay to Nelsons Bay.

With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth across NSW, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the successful delivery of quality residential homes.

About the Role

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day construction of multiple residential homes from site start through to handover.

You will coordinate trades and suppliers, maintain build quality, ensure projects remain on schedule, and deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the construction journey.
