You’ll coordinate trades and suppliers, lead site operations, and be the face of the company for our clients throughout the construction journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple projects.
• Ensure build programs are delivered on time, on budget, and to a display home quality standard.
• Conduct pre-site assessments, quality assurance inspections, and ensure OHS compliance.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers for timely, cost-effective performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, trades, and internal teams.
• Update and maintain construction systems and documentation accurately.
• Monitor site safety, material usage, and workflow to minimise cost overruns.
• Provide regular client communication, including weekly updates and on-site meetings.
• Maintain strict compliance with the National Construction Code and relevant legislation.
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction (volume building experience ideal).
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent project management, time management, and organisational skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
