You'll work with an established team with strong trade networks, ensuring quality workmanship and on-time delivery across a steady pipeline of projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in supervisory role in residential construction.
• Experience supervising volume home builds advantageous.
• QBCC Licence preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage trades and subcontractors across multiple residential builds.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and site presentation.
• Monitor construction schedules and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections throughout construction.

The Role

As Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing multiple residential homes across the Townsville region, managing construction from site commencement through to practical completion and handover.

You'll be joining an experienced team with established systems, reliable trades, and strong internal support, allowing you to spend more time on site managing construction and less time dealing with unnecessary headaches.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and managing trades and subcontractors across multiple residential builds
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and site presentation
• Monitoring construction schedules and ensuring projects are delivered on time
• Conducting regular quality control inspections throughout construction
• Ensuring compliance with all QBCC, and company standards
• Working closely with internal teams and established trade networks to ensure smooth project delivery
• Driving productivity while maintaining exceptional build quality

About You

• Ideally QBCC Licence (but not essential)
• Previous experience supervising residential home builds, ideally within a volume building environment
• Trade background in carpentry or bricklaying highly regarded
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple builds at various stages of construction
• Commitment to delivering quality homes and maintaining strong trade relationships
• A stable employment history and a hands-on approach to site management
