Job summary

CGC Recruitment in Ripley, QLD, is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage up to 20 new homes across investment builds. You’ll coordinate trades, supervise on-site activities, monitor schedules, and uphold high standards of workmanship, safety and site presentation.

This role offers a strong pipeline of work, a supportive management team, and the chance to grow with a fast-growing residential builder in a busy estate setting.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising residential home builds.
• Current QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder's Licence is essential.
• Trade background in carpentry or bricklaying highly regarded.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and managing trades and subcontractors across multiple builds.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety and site presentation.
• Monitoring build schedules and ensuring projects remain on track.
• Conducting quality control inspections throughout construction.
• Ensuring compliance with all HSE and company standards.
• Driving productivity while maintaining exceptional build quality.

The Role

As Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing up to 20 homes through various stages of construction through to handover.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and managing trades and subcontractors across multiple builds
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and site presentation
• Monitoring build schedules and ensuring projects remain on track
• Conducting quality control inspections throughout construction
• Ensuring compliance with all HSE and company standards
• Driving productivity while maintaining exceptional build quality

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder's Licence (essential)
• Previous experience supervising residential home builds
• Trade background in carpentry or bricklaying highly regarded
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Stable employment history and a commitment to quality construction
• Ability to build strong working relationships with trades and suppliers
