• Coordinate trades, suppliers and construction schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress.
• Ensure workmanship meets company and industry standards.
• Maintain project timelines and address delays.
• Manage workplace health and safety across all sites.
• Resolve construction issues and coordinate rectification work.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.
• Complete quality inspections and prepare homes for handover。
• Ensure all construction documentation is accurate and up to date.

About the Role

An established residential builder is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage investment home projects across Brisbane’s western suburbs, including Ipswich, Redbank and through to the Toowoomba region.
You will oversee the construction of lowset residential homes from site start through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple lowset residential builds from commencement to completion
• Coordinate trades, suppliers and construction schedules
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress
• Ensure workmanship meets company and industry standards
• Maintain project timelines and proactively address delays
• Manage workplace health and safety across all sites

About You

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor with a residential builder

• Confident managing multiple builds across a broad geographical area
• Excellent trade management and scheduling skills
• Strong understanding of quality and WHS requirements
• Well organised with excellent communication skills
• Current driver’s licence
• Relevant Queensland building licence or supervisor qualification
