Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment seeks a Residential Site Supervisor in Toowoomba to oversee ~20 low-set investment homes, coordinating trades and maintaining schedules, quality, and cost control. This role targets experienced professionals who can manage multiple builds across sites from construction through completion.

The ideal candidate will have a QBCC Supervisor Licence (preferred), strong organisation, and proven stakeholder management skills to ensure on-time delivery and high standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Residential Site Supervisor.
• Strong experience managing multiple residential builds at once.
• Experience with volume or investment housing highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction processes.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Ability to coordinate trades and keep projects moving.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 20 active builds at any one time.
• All low-set investment homes – no owner-occupied projects.
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors across multiple sites.
• Monitor construction schedules, quality and workmanship.
• Ensure projects remain on track and within budget.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain high construction standards.
• Manage variations, defects and project documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with trades, contractors and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building standards, WHS and company procedures.

Residential Site Supervisor

Toowoomba | $130K + Super + $35K Car Allowance | Residential Builder

We are currently working with an established residential builder who is looking for an experienced Residential Site Supervisor to join their Toowoomba team.

This is a great opportunity for a Supervisor who enjoys a structured, high-volume residential environment and wants to manage a consistent pipeline of quality builds.

The Role You will be responsible for overseeing approximately 20 low-set investment homes, managing each build from construction through to completion.

• Manage approximately 20 active builds at any one time
• All low-set investment homes – no owner-occupied projects
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors across multiple sites
• Monitor construction schedules, quality and workmanship
• Ensure projects remain on track and within budget
• Conduct site inspections and maintain high construction standards
• Manage variations, defects and project documentation
• Maintain strong relationships with trades, contractors and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with relevant building standards, WHS and company procedures
