Job summary

Amescorp is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to lead multiple residential and commercial projects across Newcastle and surrounding regions. You will oversee site establishment, plan reading, coordinate trades, ensure quality and safety, and deliver on time.

You are a hands-on leader with strong communication, problem-solving, and a track record managing Granny Flats, duplexes, and custom homes. White Card and driver’s licence are essential; carpentry trade qualification is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Foreman or Supervisor in residential and/or commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site management.
• Ability to run multiple projects independently.
• Experience with site set out using construction plans and measuring equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• White Card and valid driver's licence essential.
• Trade qualification in carpentry or construction highly regarded.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Foreman to join our growing construction team managing Granny Flats, Duplexes and custom homes. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who can confidently manage multiple projects from initial site set out through to final handover while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
