Job summary

Killara group in Sydney, NSW seeks an experienced Site Foreman to oversee day-to-day site operations on residential projects. You will coordinate trades, supervise subcontractors, ensure plans and safety standards are followed, and report progress to management.

The role requires 4–5 years as a foreman, knowledge of NSW codes, reading plans, and a valid White Card and driver’s licence. Strong leadership and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years’ experience as a Site Foreman (residential preferred).
• Strong understanding of NSW building codes and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to run multiple trades and meet deadlines.
• Interpret architectural, structural plans and details.
• Set out site as required.
• Have a good eye for detail and finishes.

About the Role
