Job summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to oversee residential and commercial projects across Sydney. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong safety focus, and the ability to manage trades, subcontractors and site logistics to deliver on time and to budget.

You will coordinate day-to-day site activities, read plans, monitor quality and maintain thorough site documentation while ensuring compliance with Australian standards and WHS requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience as Foreman or Site Supervisor on residential and commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of Australian construction standards and practices.
• Ability to lead trades and subcontractors.

The Role

About You

We are looking for someone with proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in both residential and commercial construction.

You will ideally have:

• Strong experience across residential and commercial/mixed‑use projects
• A solid understanding of construction processes and sequencing
• Proven ability to lead trades and subcontractors
• Excellent knowledge of Australian construction standards and practices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to read and understand architectural and construction drawings
• A practical, hands‑on approach to problem solving
• Strong knowledge of WHS requirements
• A current White Card
• Full Australian working rights
• A current NSW driver's licence
