Job summary

Marble is seeking a Foreman to lead luxury residential projects in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. You will manage on-site performance and coordinate with trades, clients and management on a daily basis.

You will oversee site plans, ensure high-quality finishes, and drive project milestones while maintaining safety and standards. This role offers career progression with a reputable, award-winning builder.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Procore experience is a plus.
• Certificate III in Carpentry is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall project performance from start to finish.
• Liaise daily with trades, sub-contractors and clients.
• Attend weekly construction meetings and update plans.
• Interpret site drawings and ensure workmanship matches specs.
• Lead and manage site staff to deliver on milestones.
• Ensure safety and compliance with WHS.

About the Company

Our client has been operating for over 30 + years within the luxury residential industry across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. Specialising in bespoke, architectural new builds and renovations with project values ranging from $2M - $25M

They have collaborated with renowned architects and are known for their high quality workmanship and finishes. Due to growth, we are seeking an experienced Foreman or Site Manager to join the Construction team.

About the Role

• Managing the overall performance of each project from commencement to finishes
• Liaising with trades, sub-contractors and clients on a daily basis
• Weekly construction meetings
• Interpreting and executing site plans, construction drawings etc.
• Lead a team of site staff in delivering projects
• Ensure that project milestones are followed and met on time
• Undertake project quality assurance
• Manage defective work
• Ensure that homes are built in accordance with contractual arrangements and to specification
• Ensuring trades are complying with Safety Management Systems and WH&S legislation's

What You Need

• Certificate III in Carpentry is essential
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Foreman or Site Manager leading high-end residential projects from commencement to completion ($2M-$3M minimum project value)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Procore will be highly regarded
