Job summary

Marble Group is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our South West / Springfield team. You will oversee around 15 homes at different stages of construction, ensuring projects stay on schedule, on budget, and meet high-quality standards.

Reporting to a Construction Manager, you will coordinate trades, manage budgets and schedules, and collaborate with production and estimators to maintain strong delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Residential Site Supervisor.
• QBCC Site Supervisor / Builder's Licence (essential).
• Experience delivering low-set and high-set residential homes.
• Strong ability to manage trades, schedules, quality, and budgets.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

The Company

Our client is a well-established national residential builder known for delivering quality homes and maintaining strong systems across their construction teams.

With a consistent pipeline of work and continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team in the South West / Springfield region.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing around 15 homes at various stages of construction, ensuring builds are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

The current workbook includes a mix of estate and more custom homes, including both low-set and high-set builds.

You will also benefit from strong internal support, working alongside experienced construction leadership and a dedicated team of production and sales estimators.

What You'll Need

• Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Residential Site Supervisor
• QBCC Site Supervisor / Builder's Licence (essential)
• Experience delivering low-set and high-set residential homes
• Strong ability to manage trades, schedules, quality, and budgets
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
