Job summary

Jv-Recruitment is partnering with a South East Queensland residential builder seeking a Site Supervisor to manage a Northside patch of high-quality, low-set homes. You will ensure safety, coordinate trades, and drive on-site delivery with minimal client liaison.

The role covers North Brisbane/Moreton Bay, leading a team, and delivering projects on time while maintaining quality standards. Competitive package and incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• QBCC Site Supervisor License (or higher) required.
• Experience supervising residential builds.
• Excellent trade coordination, scheduling and site safety management.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential builds with focus on low-set construction (~80%).

Site Supervisor |15 Builds | 80% Low Set Homes

• Location: North Brisbane / Moreton Bay (Griffin, Burpengary, Morayfield, D'Aguilar)
• Salary Package: $135,000 + Super + Vehicle + Tax-Free Performance Bonus (~$10k p.a.)
• Work-Life Balance: Zero client liaison – focus purely on trade coordination, quality, and site delivery

About the Company

We are partnering with a strong, well-established South East Queensland residential builder with over 28 permanent staff and a solid pipeline of homes. Known for their structured operations, clear communication, and supportive culture, they are looking for an Site Supervisor to take ownership of a dedicated Northside patch.

About the Role

Managing a local run across North Brisbane and the Moreton Bay region, you will oversee residential builds with a heavy focus on low-set construction (~80%). You will lead site safety, coordinate sub-contractors, maintain strict quality control, and keep programs running on time.

Best of all, this role comes with no direct client liaison requirements, letting you spend your time on-site doing what you do best: building quality homes.

Key Requirements

• Active QBCC Site Supervisor License (or higher)
• Strong background supervising residential builds
• Exceptional trade coordination, scheduling, and site safety management
• Familiarity with construction software (Onsite Companion or similar is a plus)
• Full driving license
