Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking a Site Supervisor for a well-established residential builder delivering high-quality volume builds across South Australia. You will take ownership of on-site operations, leading from the front to ensure projects are completed on time, to budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations, including the coordination of trades and contractors
• Manage site staff and uphold a high‑performance, safety‑first culture
• Ensure all materials are procured and ordered in line with project timelines
• Track project costs and adhere to strict budgets
• Liaise with clients and maintain clear communication from site start through to handover
• Report to senior management on progress, risks, and variations
• Deliver homes defect‑free and manage rectification where required
• Drive efficient workflows and ensure construction quality meets company and industry standards
