An opportunity is available for an experienced Site Supervisor to join an established residential builder based in Yeppoon, Queensland.

This is a genuine local role offering the opportunity to take ownership of quality residential projects from construction commencement through to completion, working with an experienced and supportive team.

The Role

As Site Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of residential construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising residential construction projects from start to completion
• Coordinating and managing subcontractors and trades on site
• Managing construction schedules and ensuring milestones are achieved
• Conducting site inspections and maintaining quality standards
• Ensuring WHS requirements and site procedures are followed
