Foundation Recruitment Aus Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Residential Site Supervisor to lead on-site delivery of quality housing projects in Yeppoon, Queensland. You’ll supervise construction activities from start to finish, manage subcontractors and trades, and ensure schedules, budgets and WHS standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of residential building practices and processes.
• Excellent subcontractor and trade management skills.
• Solid understanding of WHS and site compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residential construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades on site.
• Manage construction schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure WHS requirements and site procedures are followed.
• Manage materials, deliveries and site resources.
• Identify and resolve construction issues as they arise.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, trades and internal team.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
