We’re seeking a practical, switched-on Site Supervisor to lead residential cladding and external finishing projects, coordinating crews and subcontractors and keeping sites ready, safe and on schedule.

You’ll own your sites and maintain strong relationships with builders, backed by an experienced management team and established systems.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising crews and coordinating trades on residential builds.
• Knowledge of site sequencing, safety and quality control.
• Strong communication with builders and trades.

What's involved? You'll oversee residential cladding and external finishing projects across your region, coordinating crews and subcontractors, managing site readiness, monitoring quality and safety, and keeping jobs on schedule.
You'll have ownership of your sites and relationships with builders, backed by an experienced management team and established systems.

What you’ll bring You'll have residential construction experience and a background supervising crews or subcontractors. You understand site sequencing, safety and quality, can manage competing priorities, and communicate confidently with builders and trades.
A trade or building qualification is useful, but we’re more interested in your experience, attitude and ability to lead.
You’ll need a current Queensland White Card and unrestricted Queensland driver’s licence.
Locations Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich, Logan or Toowoomba.
