Job summary

Genus Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our site-based team on a 2:1 roster flying out of Perth. This role supports the successful delivery of a major infrastructure and resources project across Western Australia.

Reporting to the Site Management team, you will provide high-level administrative and project support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Administrator within construction/mining/engineering environments.
• Strong project administration processes and systems knowledge.
• Highly organised with the ability to juggle priorities and attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solver who anticipates challenges and offers solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience supporting mobilisation activities with recruitment/site administration teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project administration support to the project team.
• Manage project documentation, correspondence and reporting.
• Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track actions.
• Assist with onboarding of personnel, including mobilisation and compliance.
• Support procurement processes including raising purchase orders and tracking invoices.
• Maintain project registers, cost tracking and data entry.
• Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors and clients.
• Assist with reporting requirements and project deliverables.
