Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Project Administrator to support an upcoming regional Western Australia infrastructure project. You will report to the Project Manager and manage documentation, correspondence and reporting to keep the project running smoothly.

Based locally in Kalgoorlie or surrounds, you will assist with site inductions, travel arrangements, and data entry, contributing to efficient project execution and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administration or coordination role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document control systems
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Based locally in Kalgoorlie or surrounds

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation and records
• Coordinate correspondence and site communications
• Support meeting scheduling and minute-taking
