Job summary

Ivory Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager/Foreman to lead commercial fit-out, refurbishment and construction projects across NSW. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades, and ensure WHS, quality, and schedule targets are met.

This role requires a strong on-site leadership presence and a proven ability to deliver projects to a high standard. You will work with a supportive team including a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Site Supervisor, and Leading Hand.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent.
• Proven track record of stability with previous employers.
• Experience managing on-site construction activity across commercial projects.

To support these endeavours, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their NSW division to ensure successful project delivery.

ABOUT THE ROLE.

As a Site Manager/Foreman, you will oversee construction works on commercial fit-out, refurbishment, and construction projects across NSW. Responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations of the project site, coordinating trades and contractors, and ensuring the project meets high standards in WHS, quality, and time management. You will be supported by a team consisting of a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Site Supervisor, and Leading Hand/Cadet.
