Job summary

SAF Developments is seeking a Foreman/Site Manager to oversee on-site construction of 44 dwellings in the Campbelltown area, reporting to the Construction Manager. You will ensure WHS compliance, build quality, and on-time delivery across the project lifecycle.

The role requires a strong track record in all build-cycle stages and hands-on leadership of subcontractors and site staff. You will be immersed in a high-value residential project, with focus on safety, scheduling, and client handover.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification or similar; project & construction management licensing highly desirable.
• Experience as Foreman/site manager on multi-residential projects.
• Ability to supervise onsite staff and manage drawing and reporting package consultants.

Your position will report directly to the Construction Manager and will oversee on-site construction activity of 44 new dwellings in the Campbelltown area. You MUST have a strong proven track record in all aspects of the build cycle and the process of handing over a project to our clientele. You will be immersively working on this project and will place your full focus on ensuring the site is in accordance with WHS legislation and delivered on time.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Trade qualification or similar. Project & Construction management and/or licensing highly desirable.
• Relevant experience as a Foreman and/or site manager on multi-residential projects
• Ability to supervise staff onsite, including subcontractors and manage drawing and reporting package consultants
• Interpret building plans, regulations and codes of practice in order to direct the progress of work and monitor compliance
