• Proven experience as Hospitality Manager or similar leadership role.

• Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring and developing teams.
• Flexible, hands-on approach with a positive and engaging leadership style.

THE POSITION

• Lead and manage the day-to-day catering and hospitality operation across boarding, retail and functions
• Drive exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and the client
• Manage financial performance, budgets, stock control and commercial outcomes
• Coordinate and deliver a diverse range of school and client functions and events
• Lead, coach and develop a well-established team within a busy 7-day operation
• Maintain high standards of food safety, presentation and operational excellence

THE PERSON

• Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager, Unit Manager or similar hospitality leadership role
• Background in education, accommodation, contract catering or a comparable hospitality environment
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational performance
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring and developing teams
• Flexible, hands-on approach with a positive and engaging leadership style
• Passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences and memorable functions
