Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead stock control, budgeting and team mentoring at ANU Bruce Hall. You will plan events, manage labour and food costs, and drive client satisfaction while performing essential admin duties.

The role offers day-time hours with occasional evenings or weekends, in a school- and campus-based environment. 12% super is included, with a strong team and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage management.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner.
• Experience in workplace health and safety issues.
• Strong communication with client, staff and customers.
• Holds a current WWCC or ability to obtain one.
• Intermediate computer/Microsoft office skills.
• Has a current RSA with the knowledge of managing a liquor licence.

$100,000 Per Annum + 12% Super

• Monday - Friday | Day time hours with the occasional evening or weekend function.
• Located at ANU Bruce Hall
• Working with a great team and experienced chef to cater for the clients retail spaces and events.

The Person
