AVID Property Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities at our Élan community in Warner, QLD. This permanent full-time role leads residential construction efforts and ensures delivery of high-quality homes.

The role requires managing multiple Brisbane/Gold Coast sites, addressing subcontractors, trades, and suppliers, and maintaining safety, schedule, and budget compliance.

Formación

• Builders/Supervisors Licence is required.
• Experience delivering medium density residential projects.
• Experience in fast-paced volume housing environments.
• Understanding of civil infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of building regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated project management capability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

About the role

This is a permanent full-time and hands‑on leadership role responsible for ensuring all our homes are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Our project portfolio is continuallyevolving,site allocations will change in line with project commencements and completions.Flexibility to work across various project locations across the Brisbane and Gold Coast area in the future will berequired.

Key responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
• Interpret building plans, regulations, and relevant codes of practice
• Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and company policies
