Job summary

Atom Resources is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a high-end residential new build in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. You will own on-site delivery, coordinate trades and ensure workmanship aligns with architectural finishes and Australian Standards.

Ideal candidates will have proven site management experience on architecturally designed homes, expertise with multi-million dollar projects, and strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering high-end, architecturally designed residential projects.
• Projects valued at $5 million+, ideally $10+.
• Strong knowledge of structural works, basement construction and complex builds.
• Excellent understanding of high-end finishes, detailing and quality expectations.
• Experience using construction management software, ideally Procore.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities, subcontractors, and trades.
• Drive construction programmes, ensuring milestones are achieved and works stay on schedule.
• Manage site safety and WHS compliance.
• Oversee quality control ensuring work meets plans, specs and Australian Standards.
• Collaborate with Contracts Administration and Construction Management for seamless trade procurement and coordination.
• Maintain exceptional workmanship, quality and attention to detail.
• Take full ownership of site operations from construction through to completion.

We are seeking a proactive, driven and experienced Site Manager to take ownership of a high-end residential new build in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. The project involves complex structural works, basement construction and exceptional architectural finishes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead all on-site construction activities, subcontractors, and trades
• Drive construction programmes, ensuring milestones are achieved and works remain on schedule.
• Managing site safety and WHS compliance
• Overseeing quality control and making sure work meets the plans, specifications and Australian Standards
• Work closely with the Contracts Administration and Construction Management teams to ensure seamless trade procurement, scheduling and site coordination.
• Maintain exceptional standards of workmanship, quality and attention to detail.
• Take full ownership of site operations from construction through to completion.

About You

To be successful, you will ideally have:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering high-end, architecturally designed residential projects.
• Experience managing projects valued at $5 million+, ideally $10+
• Strong knowledge of structural works, basement construction and complex builds.
• An excellent understanding of high-end finishes, detailing and quality expectations.
• Experience using construction management software, ideally Procore.
• The ability to work autonomously, take initiative and anticipate challenges before they arise.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
