AVID Property Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities at our Élan community in Warner, QLD. This permanent full-time role leads residential construction efforts and ensures delivery of high-quality homes.

The role requires managing multiple Brisbane/Gold Coast sites, addressing subcontractors, trades, and suppliers, and maintaining safety, schedule, and budget compliance.

Qualifications

• Builders/Supervisors Licence is required.
• Experience delivering medium density residential projects.
• Experience in fast-paced volume housing environments.
• Understanding of civil infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of building regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated project management capability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.
• Interpret building plans, regulations, and relevant codes of practice.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and company policies.
• Monitor build progress against project schedules.
• Conduct quality control inspections at all stages of construction.
• Manage site documentation and reporting.
• Liaise with clients, inspectors, and senior management.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
