Job summary

Glenvill Homes in Melbourne seeks a results-driven Site Manager with residential housing experience to lead quality homes on time and on budget. You will manage homes under construction in the Northern region, coordinating trades and ensuring OH&S compliance, quality standards, and program milestones.

You'll establish and lead a high-performing trade base, supervise site activities, manage documentation and forward planning, and collaborate across the business.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Building and Construction (essential).
• Minimum 2 years' experience supervising residential volume housing projects.
• Ability to read and interpret plans.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems and construction software.
• Current driver's licence.

About The Role

You will be primarily managing homes under construction in theNorthern region.

Delivering a portfolio of residential homes on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Establishing and managing a high-performing trade base to support construction activities.

Supervising trades on site and ensuring compliance with OH&S, quality, regulatory, and construction program requirements.

Managing project documentation, reporting, and forward planning to support successful project delivery.

About You

Certificate IV in Building and Construction (essential).

Minimum 2 years' experience supervising residential volume housing projects.

Strong understanding of residential construction and the ability to read and interpret plans.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Demonstrated planning, organisational, and time management abilities.

Strong customer focus with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in computer systems and construction-related software.

Ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the business.

Current driver's licence.

Trade background highly regarded.

Hands-on approach with a willingness to support site activities when required.

Reliable, detail-oriented team player with a proactive and adaptable approach.
