Hi-End Projects Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Site Manager to oversee a 12-month high-end residential build in McMahons Point, Sydney. You’ll lead on-site activities, manage budget, schedule, safety, and quality, coordinating with clients and subcontractors to keep timelines.

The role requires 5+ years of site management experience on residential/mixed-use projects, strong reading of plans, and proficiency with Procore and MS Project. A proactive leader who thrives under pressure is ideal.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as Site Manager for residential, mixed-use and commercial projects.
• High-end residential experience in the 3–7 million dollar range.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and NCC compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
• Excellent project management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Health, safety and environmental regulations knowledge.
• Procore and MS Project proficiency advantageous.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and drive projects to timelines.
• Willingness to work a 6-day programme.
• Contract options available if preferred.

Join Hi-End Projects Pty Ltd as a full-time Site Manager in Sydney, NSW. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities on site, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a critical role that will have a direct impact on the success of the company's construction projects. With our continued growth we are seeking a Site manager for a new 12 month build in McMahons Point. The site is cleared ready for you to commence the build.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task monitoring
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and implement effective safety procedures
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Manage and oversee the work of construction teams, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, including project plans, budgets, and site records
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity

What we’re looking for

• Minimum (5 + years) as a Site Manager for residential, mixed use and commercial projects.
• Must have High End residential experience in the 3 to 7million dollar range.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and the current NCC compliance with materials, and equipment
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical drawings
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Detailed understanding of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Proficiency in using Procore and Microsoft Project advantageous
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision and able to problem solve and drive projects to timelines.
• Successful applicant would be required to work 6 day programme.
• Will consider a contract if preferred.
