Job summary

Brighton Homes is seeking a Site Manager to lead residential construction projects from planning to handover. You will ensure quality, safety and on-time delivery while coordinating trades and managing budgets for Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast builds.

You will drive a strong safety culture, uphold WH&S standards, and maintain thorough project documentation, while building excellent relationships with customers and councils.

Qualifications

• Cert IV in Building and Construction and a Supervisor's License.
• Proven background in residential construction with strong project management skills.
• Experience with Onsite Companion (preferred).
• Solid understanding of building methods, materials and standards for residential homes.
• Ability to identify and resolve defects proactively, ensuring smooth project delivery.
• Outstanding communication, planning and organizational skills to manage multiple trades and suppliers effectively.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About the opportunity:
The Site Manager is part of the Brighton Homes Construction team and reports to the Area Manager. The key focus of this role is to deliver outstanding quality homes that exceed our customers expectation. More specifically, you will:

• Coordinate materials and trades to keep projects on track and on time

This is a hands-on role where you will combine leadership, problem-solving, and customer service to make every home a success.

About you
You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will have:

• Cert IV in Building and Construction and a Supervisor's License (Building Trade Certificate highly regarded)
• Proven background in residential construction with strong project management skills
• Computer literacy with exposure to Onsite Companion (preferred)
