Entec International Ltd in Sydney is seeking a proactive Onsite Procurement and Inventory Coordinator to manage inventory, purchasing support and materials coordination across site operations. You will ensure critical spare parts and maintenance supplies are available to support safe, reliable operations.

You will work with Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability, Procurement and Operations teams, lead inventory governance initiatives, and drive improvements in stock control, supplier performance

Qualificações

• Experience in inventory management and materials coordination.
• Strong understanding of stock governance and purchasing processes.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage site inventory and ensure access to critical spare parts and materials.
• Maintain accuracy through cycle counts, audits and reconciliations.
• Analyse inventory performance and reduce excess and slow-moving stock.
• Lead stock parameter reviews and strategic inventory planning.
• Coordinate transfers and sourcing to optimise stock use and cost.
• Oversee end-to-end purchasing, requisitions, orders and expediting.
• Build supplier relationships and monitor performance and risks.
• Produce reports on inventory, purchasing and supplier performance.
