Babcock Australia & New Zealand is seeking an experienced procurement professional to support urgent maintenance operations. You will expedite urgent IOS items, coordinate with the Materials Coordinator, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining clear communication with suppliers.

With 3+ years in logistics and solid SAP/ERP experience, you will thrive under pressure and help optimise the supply chain for both services and materials across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of logistics experience
• Experience with SAP and ERP systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet urgent deadlines

Responsibilities

• Expedite urgent and high-priority procurement requests for items of supply (IOS)
• Support Materials Coordinator and stakeholders to ensure urgent materials and services are available
• Track movement of materials to support maintenance schedules
• Engage with suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain processes
• Maintain accurate procurement information in systems
