Job summary

Entec International Ltd. is seeking an Onsite Inventory Coordinator for our client’s manufacturing facility in Huntingwood, NSW. You will ensure critical materials are available, drive inventory accuracy and support operations with SAP-based processes.

You will collaborate with Asset Care, Reliability, Procurement and Operations to optimise stock, coordinate purchasing, and maintain 5S-ready storerooms. A proactive, detail-oriented professional will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, stores management, warehousing, procurement or maintenance support within a manufacturing, industrial or operational environment.
• Experience using SAP or a similar system.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Commitment to safety, quality and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and spare parts to ensure materials are available to support maintenance and operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate stock records and strong inventory controls through effective governance, audits and system management.
• Coordinate purchasing, replenishment activities, supplier communications and urgent procurement requirements.
• Administer and optimise SAP inventory and maintenance systems, ensuring accurate data and reporting.
• Support maintenance and production teams through effective materials planning, kitting and coordination.
• Manage goods receipting, storage, labelling and stock movements to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised storeroom environment in line with 5S principles and site standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory performance, efficiency and service delivery.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and best-practice stores processes.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders to support safe, reliable and efficient operations.
