Redland Premium Fruits is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead the on-site HR function at our Shepparton site in Victoria. You will partner with site leadership to deliver practical HR solutions across packing and processing operations, manage employee relations and workforce planning.

Reporting to the Head of People and Safety, you’ll oversee recruitment, onboarding and HR administration, while driving engagement, capability development and business performance in a manufacturing

Qualifikationen

• Experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR advisor in manufacturing/processing environments.
• Solid knowledge of Australian employment law, Fair Work Act, NES, Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
• Proven ability to handle complex employee relations and advise senior leaders.
• Experience working with unions and industrial relations is highly valued.

Aufgaben

• Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice across all people matters on site.
• Lead ER matters including investigations, grievances, performance management and discipline.
• Manage union relations and ensure compliance with legislation and agreements.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, HR administration and employee lifecycle activities.
• Support workforce planning, talent development and succession planning to meet operations needs.
• Partner with leaders to drive organisational change and engagement initiatives.
• Analyse HR metrics to identify risks and inform decisions.
